Interview Questions
So we’ve all been to interviews.. and I’ve done my share of interviewing people. As of late, however, I feel my interviews are getting boring. Therefore, I would appreciate any feedback you could give me on interviews you’ve been to and any good/ interesting questions you’ve been asked.

For what purpose is the interview? What kind is it?

mo hathee el meshkila.. all interview questions are the same. tell me about ur background (educational & work experience).. situational type questions.. there r no real ‘interesting’ questions to ask someone in a ’serious’ interview (i.e. not an informal one).

Ugh!! Tell me about it!! Most of the interviews are just plain blunt with the usual questions, where at a point you can pretty much conclude the whole interview by yourself :S
Ironically, I was once in an interview, and the HR director came in and acted out a telephone conversation with an angry client. and he wanted to know how I’d react in the situation!
Omg was I put in the spot!! I left red faced, thankgod I pulled it out! but didnt get the job, i was too young apparently
In my opinion, Bahraini’s in-general lack language skills.. yet they prefer the interview to be conducted in English, so when u speak yitwahigoon which really gets on my nerves!!

G: yeah i’ve had that with those who insist on speaking in English even though it would’ve served them much better to speak in Arabic.
Best interview question I’ve ever been asked was: “Give me one good reason why I shouldn’t hire you.”
That one really threw me for a loop!
Loved it!
