Simple, right?
Coke or diet coke? Steak or salad? Bora Bora or Las Vegas?Why is it that some decisions are so easy to make while others are impossible? For the past few months I’ve been stuck. I have 2 doors in front of me and I have no idea which is best.
One day door #1 seems like the perfect one to open. I can sit and give you all the reasons why THAT should be my choice. Two weeks later, I can’t find one reason why I should open door #1! It’s door #2 of course!
I hate this indecisiveness.. and I’m running out of time! :/

1) Neither, 2) both, 3) bora, 4) pray istikhara :p I’m sure if you use your head to rationalize any of your decisions you will be fun because beneath all that mush you are wise and obviously smart. Where you are in life shows that you made the right decisions and so trust yourself.

june: yes, very important decisions.. they could really shift my life in a positive or negative direction. it’s not that they are decisions that i can’t undo later on.. but obviously, it’s a lot better for me to make the right choice now.
izzi: thank you!!! the problem is that one week i rationalize in one direction, the next in the opposite! and the longer i wait to make a decision, the worst i’ll be at the end cuz i’m going to end up disappointing and somewhat ‘hurting’ people.
i know i need to focus on myself and what’s best for me and make my decision based on that only. and i know in the end i’ll make my decision purely on that factor. but knowing that my decision will affect people’s feelings just makes it a little more difficult for me to decide! i wish i could take that variable out of the equation!

blue ice envy: actually in some cases people outside the situation r the best ones to really see things as they’re emotionally detached from it. however, no i’m not looking for someone to make my decision. that is why i didn’t really give any details regarding the situation.
that said, some of my readers/those who comment are actually family or friends. so they’re not total strangers and i respect their opinion =)
